Refund Policy

We want every Coco + Bondi customer and pup to love their purchase. Before you order, we do our best to provide clear product details, sizing information and photos so you can choose the right item with confidence.

If something is not quite right, we’re here to help.

Looking to submit a return or exchange?

Please email us at hello@cocoandbondi.com.au with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

For size exchanges, please also include the size you received and the size you would like instead. If you are unsure, send us your dog’s measurements and we’ll do our best to help you choose the right fit.

Return information

  • Returns received within 30 days of the original delivery date may be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns received between 31–60 days of the original delivery date may be eligible for store credit.

  • After 60 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, clean, free from pet hair, marks or odour, and with tags/packaging where possible.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange postage costs unless an incorrect, damaged or faulty item was sent.

  • Final sale, clearance and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

Size exchanges

We are happy to help with size exchanges, subject to availability.

For size exchanges, an $8.95 exchange postage fee applies. This helps cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

The original item must be returned to us first in clean, unused and resellable condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your replacement size.

Please note that trying an item on indoors is completely fine, but we cannot accept items that have been worn outside, washed, damaged, marked, or returned with pet hair or odour.

Items not eligible for return or exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • used or dirty items

  • lick mats, slow feeders, bowls, toys or grooming items that have been used

  • items with pet hair, marks, odour or signs of wear

  • personalised items

  • final sale or clearance items

  • gift cards

Store credit

Store credit may be offered for eligible returns received between 31–60 days from delivery.

Store credit will be issued as a Coco + Bondi gift card and can be used towards a future purchase.

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for eligible returns received within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 4 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 4 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@cocoandbondi.com.au.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cocoandbondi.com.au with your order number and photos of the item.

If we have sent the wrong item, or if the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution.

This may include a replacement, refund, store credit or complimentary return label, depending on the situation.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
