Refund policy

We want each and every Coco + Bondi customer to be happy with their purchase. As a result, we provide customers with as much information as possible before they make a purchase, such as product features, design information, and a detailed size chart. In order to support customers to buy the right products for their needs. 

- Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be fully refunded.

- Store credit will be issued for returns received within 31-60 days of the original ship date.

- After 60 days, we cannot accept returns.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, unless an incorrect or damaged item was shipped, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label

 

Refunds process 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
