Find the Right Fit
A comfortable, secure harness makes every walk better.
Our Coco + Bondi no-pull dog harnesses are adjustable at the neck and chest, with breathable padding and front and back leash attachment options designed for everyday walks, training and adventures.
Before choosing your size, measure your dog carefully and compare the measurements with our size guide below.
How to Measure Your Dog
Use a soft measuring tape and measure:
Neck: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck where the harness will naturally sit.
Chest: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs.
Keep the measuring tape snug, but not tight.
Once the harness is fitted, you should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the harness and your dog’s body.
Harness Size Guide
| Size | Neck | Chest |

| XS | 24–33 cm | 30–43 cm |
| S | 28–37 cm | 42–53 cm |
| M | 34–49 cm | 49–65 cm |
| L | 46–60 cm | 61–76 cm |
These measurements match the sizing currently listed on Coco + Bondi harness product pages.
Between Sizes?
If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the size that allows the most comfortable adjustment across both the neck and chest.
Make sure the harness feels secure without restricting movement.
How Should a Dog Harness Fit?
A correctly fitted harness should:
- Sit securely without feeling tight
- Allow you to fit two fingers comfortably underneath the straps
- Stay in position while your dog walks
- Avoid rubbing underneath the front legs
- Allow your dog to walk, sit and lie down naturally
- Feel comfortable across the chest and shoulders
After fitting the harness, let your dog walk around at home for a few minutes and make any final adjustments before heading out.
Front or Back Leash Attachment?
Our harnesses give you different attachment options depending on your dog and walking style.
Front attachment:
The chest attachment can provide extra control and help redirect dogs that tend to pull.
Back attachment:
Ideal for relaxed everyday walks and dogs that already walk comfortably on leash.
Our harnesses feature front and back leash attachment options so you can choose what works best for your dog.
Harness FAQs
Are Coco + Bondi harnesses adjustable?
Yes. Our harnesses feature adjustable neck and chest straps so you can create a more secure and comfortable fit for your dog.
Are the harnesses suitable for dogs that pull?
Our no-pull harnesses include a front chest attachment that can give you greater control and help redirect your dog when they pull.
For the best results, we recommend combining the harness with consistent loose-lead training.
Should I use the front or back leash clip?
The front attachment is useful when you want additional control, particularly for dogs that tend to pull.
The back attachment is great for relaxed everyday walking.
You can choose the attachment that best suits your dog and walking style.
Is a harness better than a collar for walking?
For many dogs, a harness can be more comfortable for walks because it distributes pressure across the chest and body rather than concentrating it around the neck.
A collar is still useful for everyday wear and identification tags.
Are Coco + Bondi harnesses waterproof?
Yes. Our harness range is designed with waterproof materials suitable for everyday walks, wet weather and messy adventures.
How do I care for my harness?
Hand wash with mild soap and allow it to air dry in the shade.
Avoid harsh cleaning products that may damage the material or hardware.
How do I know if I have the right size?
Measure your dog’s neck and chest and compare the measurements with our size chart.
The harness should feel snug and secure without restricting movement, and you should be able to comfortably fit two fingers beneath the straps.
