At Coco + Bondi, we ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer options for refunds and exchanges under the following conditions, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Before making a purchase, please read this policy so that you understand your rights, as well as what you can expect from us, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please email cocobondi22@gmail within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and assist you with the process.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, and returned with its label attached.
  • You notify us by emailing cocobondi22@gmail within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You return the item within 7 days of receiving the return instructions from us.
  • The item is not in the ‘Excluded Items’ list below.

Excluded Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Processing Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit to your account, valid for 365 days. For exchanges, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately by emailing cocobondi22@gmail. You may be entitled to a refund, exchange or repair under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Australian Consumer Law

The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and services. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between our policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

European Union 3-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
